Terms of Use
Effective date: October 18, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to every mobile application published by Pham Nhat Trung ("we", "us", "our") on the Apple App Store and Google Play (each an "App"). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes. For Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails to the extent of the conflict.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the App or its content, except where the law allows it;
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
- interfere with the App's security, servers or other users' access;
- resell or commercially exploit content provided in the App without our written permission.
3. In-app purchases and subscriptions
Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases, including one-time purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices, features and billing periods are shown in the App before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of the trial ends when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
4. User content
If an App lets you add photos, text or other content, you keep ownership of it. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use that content. Content you create stays on your device unless the App clearly says otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
The Apps, including their design, graphics, icons, themes, code and text, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks shown in an App belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
6. Third-party services
Apps may include services or content from third parties, such as advertising, analytics or payment providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
7. Disclaimer
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that an App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use an App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchase in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to an App if you break these Terms. You may stop using an App at any time by deleting it from your device.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use an App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pham Nhat Trung ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use any of our mobile applications (each an "App"). It applies to all of our Apps unless an App shows a separate privacy notice.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or precise location through the Apps. When an App uses your location for a feature, it is processed on your device only. Photos, images and other content you choose inside an App are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
2. App Locker features and data on your device
App Locker works on your device. The content and settings below are created and stored locally, are not uploaded to our servers, and are deleted when you delete the App:
- Passcode: your passcode is never stored as plain text. Only a protected verifier is kept in the iOS Keychain on your device.
- Face ID: handled entirely by iOS. The App only receives a success or failure result and never has access to your face data.
- App locking and hiding (Screen Time): the apps, categories and websites you choose are given to the App by Apple's Screen Time framework as private tokens. The App cannot see which apps they are, and cannot see how you use them.
- Location: if you create a location-based lock, your location is used on your device to check whether you are inside or outside the area you chose. The area is stored on your device and your location is not sent to us or stored as a history.
- Microphone and speech recognition: used only while you search by voice in the browser. Speech is turned into text by Apple's speech recognition, on your device where supported, otherwise by Apple. Audio is not recorded or kept by the App.
- Photos and videos: items you import into the private album are copied into the App's storage on your device. The App does not delete or change the originals in your photo library.
- Private browser: in Normal mode, history, cookies and website data are kept on your device like a regular browser, and you can clear them at any time. In Incognito mode, nothing is kept after you end the private session.
3. Information that may be collected automatically
Depending on the App, limited information may be collected automatically by us or by trusted third-party services we use:
- Usage and diagnostics: app interactions, crash reports, performance data, device model, operating system version and app version, used to fix bugs and improve the App.
- Device identifiers: such as an advertising identifier, used only if you allow tracking when the App asks for permission (App Tracking Transparency on iOS).
- Purchase information: confirmation that a purchase or subscription is active. Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your card or payment details.
4. How we use information
- to provide and maintain the App's features;
- to verify purchases and restore them on your devices;
- to understand how the App is used and improve it;
- to show advertising in Apps that contain ads;
- to respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Third-party services
Our Apps may use third-party services such as Apple App Store and Google Play billing, Firebase (Google) for analytics and crash reporting, and advertising networks such as Google AdMob. These providers process data under their own privacy policies:
6. Permissions
An App may ask for access to features such as your photo library, camera, notifications, location, microphone, speech recognition, Face ID or Screen Time. Access is used only for the feature you are using, and you can change permissions at any time in your device settings.
7. Data retention
Data stored on your device stays there until you delete it or remove the App. Analytics and crash data held by third-party providers are kept for the periods set by those providers.
8. Transfer of data
Information may be processed on computers located outside your state, province or country, including in Vietnam, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using an App, you agree to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to make sure your data is handled securely and in line with this Privacy Policy.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can also:
- turn off personalized ads and tracking in your device settings;
- remove an App's data by deleting the App;
- contact us to request access to or deletion of any data we hold about you.
10. Children's privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
13. Contact
